It stresses the urgency of enhancing global AI capacities and calls for greater international cooperation in AI-enabled global sustainable development.。

The report calls for promoting the inclusiveness of and equitable access to AI in supporting sustainable development, partnering with low-and-middle-income countries to develop affordable, sustainable AI capacity-building models, and leveraging multilateral cooperation mechanisms in this area.。
